RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Centre de la Chaussure Rieker Montréal.


🧾 ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.


📦 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn and in perfect condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (invoice) is required

⚠️ Shoe boxes must be protected inside another package.
Any return with labels or tape directly on the shoe box will be refused.

Returns can be made in-store at the following locations:

In-store returns are free.


🚚 SHIPPING FEES

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

💵 PARTIAL RETURNS AND FEE ADJUSTMENT

If a partial return causes the original order to no longer qualify for free shipping, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund.


🔄 EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, please return the item following the procedure below and place a new order.


💳 REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing time is 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
