SHIPPING POLICY

At Centre de la Chaussure Montréal, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably.

🚚 FREE SHIPPING

Standard shipping is free on orders of $130 or more before taxes within Quebec, provided the order contains only regularly priced items.

🏷️ SALE ITEMS

Any order containing at least one sale item is subject to a flat $14.00 standard shipping fee, regardless of the order’s total value.

Sale items are not eligible for free shipping. Therefore, the $14.00 shipping fee applies even if the order exceeds $130 before taxes.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in the case of a partial or complete return.

📍 REMOTE AREAS

Some regions may be considered remote by our carrier.

In such cases:

  • Additional fees may apply

  • We will contact you before shipping

  • You may accept the fees or cancel your order

The following postal codes are not eligible for free shipping:
G0G, G4T, J0M
(Other areas may also be excluded.)

⏱️ DELIVERY TIMES

  • Quebec: 10 to 15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on demand and location.

🇨🇦 SHIPPING AREA

We ship within Canada only.

⚠️ We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes

  • Parcel lockers

📦 RESPONSIBILITY

Once shipped, the customer is responsible for receiving the package.

If absent:

  • The package may be redirected to a pickup location

  • The customer must retrieve it

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by absence.
